Many guys only focus on building the aesthetic body parts such as chest, arms and shoulders. Little do they know that a thick and strong back will get you just as much attention from the ladies as a pair of bulging biceps (and you don’t even need to flex them).

In todays fat loss video series, I’m going to show you how to perform one of the best exercises, the Dumbbell Row.

The Dumbbell Row is also a compound exercise that targets your back, biceps, forearms, shoulders and core. It burns a hell lot of calories as well as helping you to sculpt that thick muscular back that separates you from all the other amateurs.
