Most of the calories that come from mooncakes are from sugar. One mooncake can have as much as 15 teaspoon of sugar! (75 grams)

A persons daily average calorie consumption is about 2500 calories.

One moderately intense jogging session at 11km/hr speed for 20 mins burns only 300 calories (approx. depending on your BMR).
So you’ll probably need to jog for more than an hour at 11km/hr to burn off one mooncake.
So take it easy on those little treats especially if you are watching your weight.
